To assist local enterprises in seizing the development opportunities of cross-border e-commerce and adapting to the new regulations on cross-border export taxation, Huaian Cross-border E-commerce Digital Cloud Valley successfully held an enterprise empowerment exchange meeting on August 5, 2025. The event was guided by the Qingjiangpu District Integrated Investment Group and the Qingjiangpu District Commerce Bureau, and hosted by Huaian Huichuang. At the beginning of the meeting, Wang Biao, Deputy General Manager of Jiangsu Huichuang Industrial Development Co., Ltd., introduced to the participating enterprises the development trend of cross-border e-commerce in Qingjiangpu District and the full-chain empowerment system of the Digital Cloud Valley project. The Digital Cloud Valley is not only an industry agglomeration platform, but also committed to providing enterprises with "one-stop" cross-border e-commerce services, covering key aspects such as platform docking, logistics customs clearance, brand marketing, and financial and tax compliance, to assist enterprises in efficiently expanding overseas markets.
Interpretation of the new regulations on cross-border export real-name declaration
With the issuance of "Announcement No. 17 of 2025" by the State Taxation Administration, cross-border export enterprises are required to strictly implement the real-name declaration system and standardize agency export business from October 1, 2025. Zhang Kai, the expansion manager, provided an in-depth interpretation of the key points of the new regulations at the meeting and answered detailed questions regarding tax compliance, agency export risks, historical business adjustments, and other issues that enterprises were concerned about. The on-site enterprise representatives actively interacted, discussing how to optimize supply chains, improve bill management, and ensure a smooth transition to compliant operations based on their own business situations.
The launch of the free empowerment program aids enterprises in their low-cost transformation
To help enterprises reduce the threshold for going global, Xu Ziqi, the operations manager, introduced the "Simplified Full-Process Plan for Going Global" at the meeting, which covers modules such as global market data analysis of enterprise products, recommended advantageous markets, target customer analysis, recommended online and offline promotion paths, product compliance certification, and risk avoidance in going global. This plan aims to help enterprises quickly establish a compliant operation system and achieve low-cost and high-efficiency cross-border expansion. Several enterprises expressed their intention to cooperate on the spot and engaged in in-depth discussions with the Huichuang team regarding specific business needs.
