On the morning of July 25th, Yang Chunyan, Vice Chairman of the Qingjiangpu District Political Consultative Conference, and Han Jingyu, Director of the Cultural, Historical, and Learning Committee of the District Political Consultative Conference, led a delegation of some CPPCC members to visit and guide the Cross-border E-commerce Digital Cloud Valley project in Qingjiangpu District. Xia Yunyun, Deputy Director of the Huai'an Modern Business Cluster, accompanied the visit. Focus on Digital Cloud Valley, and discuss new opportunities for cross-border e-commerce
During the inspection, Vice Chairman Yang Chunyan and her delegation visited the project exhibition hall and operation center on site, gaining a detailed understanding of the innovative model of "one platform, three centers". Deputy General Manager Wang Biao explained that the project relies on a digital platform, integrating three core sectors: "supply chain service center", "brand incubation center", and "talent training center". It is committed to providing full-chain services for cross-border e-commerce enterprises and facilitating the agglomeration and development of the digital economy industry in Qingjiangpu District.

Vice Chairman Yang Chunyan fully affirmed the operational achievements of the project. She pointed out that cross-border e-commerce is an important growth point for the digital economy in Qingjiangpu District, and the innovative model of the Digital Cloud Valley project is of exemplary significance. The District CPPCC will continue to pay attention to the project's progress, coordinate and solve development challenges, and create a better business environment for enterprises. At the same time, she encouraged enterprises to further leverage their technological advantages, attract more ecological partners to settle in, and inject new momentum into the high-quality development of regional foreign trade. CPPCC members also exchanged views on topics such as policy support and talent cultivation.
